Courtney has taken her leadership skills from the classroom to the realm of real estate and has earned her Broker's license. She's a graduate of the Texas Realtor Leadership Program (TRLP), has her Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation and is an active member of the National Association of Realtors (NARPM). She has also earned her Texas Realtor Leasing Specialist (TRLS) and Texas Realtor Property Manager (TRPM), which requires both classes and years of experience in property management. Starting in January 2021, she will also be a Director on the San Antonio Board of Directors. She's active in protecting San Antonio as a great place for real estate investment and lobbies her city council members and speaks on investor's behalf at city council events and with other Realtors, urging them to act. Courtney is constantly looking for ways to improve the services and the value MHN Property Management adds to protect your real estate investment. Geoff Carl took a winding path to San Antonio, with stops in Colorado, Ohio, and Tennessee prior to enlisting with the US Army. After boot camp, he was sent to Fort Sam Houston for further training. Geoff fell in love with the culture and history here. After completing service, he remained in the Alamo City to pursue a new career. As a licensed real estate agent, Geoff has a passion for helping people find the right home to live, grow, and pursue their dreams.
In his free time, Geoff loves to travel and embark on adventures with his fiancée', Cassandra.

Sara is originally a South Florida native and has lived in three different states. But when coming to visit San Antonio for a possible job relocation 17 years ago in 2005, she knew that she wanted to call this city my home. Sara was completely in awe of the beauty and culture of this historic city that is so large with a small-town feel.
Sara earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Arts in Miami and worked in management and merchandising for a specialty retailer for over 20 years. Her love for helping customers, working side by side with co-workers, and focus on attention to detail has led her to a career in real estate and ultimately her decision to join the MHN team as office manager.
Outside of work, Sara enjoys spending time with her husband, exploring the city and surrounding South Texas cities (Especially West Texas!), as well as hanging out with their 2 dogs, and traveling. She also loves to do DIY home projects, try new restaurants, and visit the Pearl.
Angelea Ruth Banegas
Angelea chose San Antonio as her home back in 2014. She fell in love with the strong San Antonian culture and the warm environment. With a desire to help others, Angelea earned her degree in Early Childhood Education and taught for five years.
In 2022 Angelea took her skills and her desire to help others to property management, where she joined the MHN team. Her goal as a Field manager she can help make meet the needs of each client.
When Angelea is not working, she is with her family, exploring the outdoors, in the field or on the water. She loves learning new things and going on new adventures.
Augusto worked in a call center for almost 7 years. He started as a customer service representative and worked his way up in becoming a supervisor. Work and life balance has been a struggle for him since he had to work away from his family. When he joined MHN in April of 2018 as a Virtual Assistant, he was able to work and at the same time be with his family 24/7. Augusto is responsible in supporting the back end of MHN. From document preparation, sending contracts to clients, comparative market analysis, listings, making calls and managing records to make sure that our clients and MHN records is up to date. When the team is out in the field working hands on with our clients in making sure that we meet their needs and you need documents to prepare, he is the go to guy. Augusto is providing support and assistance to our team virtually so that the company would run smoothly at the back end especially during the hectic summer days in property management.

Keith Miller retired from the United States Air Force in January, 1992, after 20 years of honorable service. That same year he started his real estate career as a sales counselor with a local San Antonio builder and progressed to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a large volume builder in Houston. He holds memberships in many distinguished real estate organizations including Texas Real Estate Broker, San Antonio Board of Realtors, Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), and National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). He is a New Home Construction Specialist, a Multi-million dollar producer and strong supporter of local charities and he was a National Association of Home Builders Gold Medal Winner 7 years in a row. Keith is dedicated to providing an exceptional real estate experience for the purchase, sale or management of your property.
