Keith Miller - MHN Properties Owner/ Broker
Keith Miller retired from the United States Air Force in January, 1992, after 20 years of honorable service. That same year he started his real estate career as a sales counselor with a local San Antonio builder and progressed to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a large volume builder in Houston. He holds memberships in many distinguished real estate organizations including Texas Real Estate Broker, San Antonio Board of Realtors, Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), and National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). He is a New Home Construction Specialist, a Multi-million dollar producer and strong supporter of local charities and he was a National Association of Home Builders Gold Medal Winner 7 years in a row. Ronnah Stabenow - Director of Property Management
Ronnah Stabenow joined MHN Properties over 5 years ago and there hasn’t been a dull moment since. She oversees all aspects of the day to day operations of the office. Ronnah enjoys working with clients to help them realize their ambitions of diversifying their investment portfolio with successful real estate investments. Connie Henline - Assistant Property Manager/Maintenance Coordinator
Connie takes the difficult job of Maintenance Coordinator and makes it look easy. She expertly coordinates our property maintenance, preventative maintenance and work orders as well as works with all owners, tenants and vendors to be sure all are satisfied in a professional manner. Like the rest of the MHN staff, she is a people-oriented person and gets satisfaction from insuring that owners and tenants receive the best service possible. Danielle Clemenza - Administrative Assistant
Danielle is the Administrative Assistant for the office. She answers phone calls, helps answer any questions that owners, tenants and vendors may have and responds to them in a timely manner. She accepts applications, rent checks, work orders, and other various tasks. Danielle also creates the MHN Newsletter that is e-mailed out to tenants at the end of each month. Courtney Miller - Bookkeeper
Courtney was born at Lackland Air Force Base and, in true military child fashion, she has been busy moving from place to place. She recently returned home and now handles the bookkeeping at MHN Properties. She keeps our records accurate in our online accounting system and makes sure our documents are accurate and up to date.
